The name Kairos embodies a defining principle: the right time to act.
After decades of leading large-scale initiatives in Healthcare IT, transforming PMOs, and supporting healthcare organizations through critical system implementations, we identified a common challenge—many organizations have strong strategies but struggle with strategic execution.
